2015 weight loss Dieting Program
today start a new day my goal is to lose 30 pounds over the next 3 months. I'm going to start off by going to the gym at least 4 Times-Dispatch a week working hard on cardio ,abs and weights. I'm also going to change my diet and start eating healthy. 226 lbs
