The Start of My New Diet.

For starters, I am cutting out all junk food.  Then I will start to watch my calorie intake. After doing a calorie calculation. I burn around 3500 calories a day. If my intake is less then that. I will start to loose weight. I also signed up to the gym. My plan is to exercise 3 times a week. 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of lifting weights.
I currently  weigh 215lbs. My goal is to get to about 180lbs.
